Top 5 iOS Navigation and Maps Apps in Turkey Q2 2021

In the second quarter of 2021, the top 5 navigation and maps apps on the iOS platform in Turkey showed distinct trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s an overview of their performance based on Sensor Tower data.

Google Maps saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting at around 40K at the beginning of April and peaking at 77.8K in late June. The active user base also showed a steady increase, growing from approximately 5M to 6.5M by the end of the quarter.

Yandex Navi – navigation, maps experienced a gradual increase in weekly downloads, from 10.5K to 16.3K over the quarter. Weekly active users also rose from 435K to 532K, reflecting a consistent growth trend.

Yandex Maps & Navigator had more modest numbers, with weekly downloads ranging from 2K to 3.2K. Active users showed a slight increase from 99K to 107K over the same period.

Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS displayed varied weekly downloads, starting at 1.4K and peaking at 3.4K by the end of June. Revenue also fluctuated, reaching up to $135 in the final week of the quarter. Active users grew from around 6.2K to 8.7K.

Lastly, Google Street View maintained a stable download rate, fluctuating between 1.1K and 1.4K. Active users remained steady, hovering around the 3K mark throughout the quarter.
